Who we are

What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our quote form, we collect your name, phone number, email address and postcode, along with anything you choose to tell us about your project. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out your project. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We do not sell your data, and we will not add you to marketing lists.
Who we share it with
Our quote form is processed by Formspree, which passes your enquiry to us by email. Formspree may store and process this data outside the UK, under its own safeguards. We do not otherwise share your details unless we need to in order to deliver your project, or the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry. If you become a customer, we keep project records for as long as needed to meet our guarantee and legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us at the address above and we will respond. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
